(selection of “Live Media Performances” for young artist)

This so called “Play the game” contest, get its topic based on balance in between gamr and music and digital arts. We want to pick up projects made by using “live” experience (Live Cinema, Mixed Media, Audiovisual projects, djs and vjs set). We’re interested to investigate discovering new talents the ones capable to create synaesthesian sounds and images. The selected projects will be presented during Muv festival 2011 e the authors will shared the stage with international artists.
Selected project will be introduced during of Muv 2011 days, shared the stage with international electronic artists.

TO PARTECIPATE

Send a promo dvd with artist’s audiovisual performance. Artistic’s management itself will select projects. Participation is free of charge and operas received wont be returned. WMV, AVI, Mpeg, MOV audio-video format will be accepted. We need also a technical rider.

To participated the contest, please fill the admission form and send a copy of your artwork that must be in Florence not later than May the 25th, 2011 to this address:

Please, attach all credits and infos suitable for own selection. Postage expenses are on authors.

AWARDS

The winner will participate at the happening and will received a copy of Ableton Live 8 software from Associazione Culturale Muv and Backline Italia (Abelton official dealer).
